This ones for Jim, On the shock thing, Don't know the specifics of the rules, but..... If you put together a "witches-brew" of a medium weight oil and brake fluid or another type of hydralic fluid, two things would happen...of course you'd have to experiment with the proper mixture. One, the oil would give the shock the right type movement at ambient temps. Second, the brake fluid, being more impervious to high temperature, would help keep the piston movement more predictable at any temperature that may occur. You'd have to make sure the seals would not be affected by the mixture. If the heat is breaking down the vicosity of the oil at high temperature, the brake fliud would keep the same re-bound or at least a better "predictable" re-bound of the shock movement. Skip

Hey Dan, way to go in Talladega!! You and the team are only a few "one-hundredths" of a second off Strait's time. That works out to a "milli-inch" on the line around that place, or a few more pieces of red dust from all the dirt around there. I'm still talking to "that cracker" company about dong something with the team during the Charlotte deal. They "ain't" said yes yet, but they didn't say no either. I've been a fan of yours for a while now. It was great to see you make the field for the Pepsi 400, 1998. Sorry that things didn't turn out better in that rac but I'm sure it was a thrill of a lifetime to race at Daytona with the "big boys".
